1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kathleen Browne & Co. website (kathleenbrowne.com.au) and the life coaching and personal development services we provide. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
2. Services
Kathleen Browne & Co. provides life coaching and personal development services via online sessions (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), available to clients throughout Australia.
Life coaching is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or your local emergency services.
3. Bookings and Payment
Sessions are charged at $1.50 AUD per minute. Session durations of 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes are available, priced at $22.50, $45.00, $67.50, and $90.00 AUD respectively.
Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorise the applicable charge to your nominated payment method.
Sessions are available Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–4:00pm AEST.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, program names, and the Love Your In-Laws™ trademark — is the property of Kathleen Browne & Co. and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kathleen Browne & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the Australian Consumer Law.
